focuses on the importance of 'PLACE' (Aitutaki) as a foundation for our young people to learn about the local heritage (language, culture, traditions), landscapes (land, lagoon) through immersive learning opportunities and experiences. GROW Aitutaki aims to generate opportunities for community involvement/inclusion to better support young people to understand who they are, where they live and how they can connect with and be active in their own community.

To generate opportunities to connect 'with' our young people to their communities (and the World around them) to:

• Turn our communities into settings for learning.
